For the past 40 years, Sumiko has been supplying audiophiles around the world with the finest phono cartridges, hand-built by skilled artisans in Japan.
Sumiko reached out to Transparent House to conceive a story that would showcase one of their flagship creations.
With this animation, we tried to create simultaneously both a product video and love letter to vinyl and the analog music.
PS: This is how the surface of a vinyl record and its grooves actually look under a microscope!
