Conceptualised at the turn of the decade in 2020, the Singapore Exchange Centre lobby revamp is the physical embodiment of Singapore Land Group's longstanding commitment to excellence.

Singapore Land Group’s identity as a real estate stalwart, harmonious relationships that transcend boundaries and the affirmation of continual growth were the guiding principles behind the design. These gave rise to two key elements in the space: the granite wall and the curved ceilings.

The wall is inspired by a bamboo forest (a symbol of speedy and endless growth) with larger "stems" at the base supporting finer "buds" above.

The repetition of the vertical stone profiles also represents unity, reliability and accountability. Granite is used to for its ability to convey the feeling of unwavering stability.
The skyward-curving ceilings symbolise Singapore Land Group's ever upward ascent to the highest. Clad in a wood-look finish, they evoke the lightness of paper-thin veneer sheets, further accentuating the feeling of flight, while also imbuing the space with a lofty quality.

Through the use of humble materials and attention to the finest details, a forward-thinking and timeless lobby is created, thereby cementing Singapore Land Group's place in the next generation and beyond.
