Creating a strong brand
Fastned is a Dutch company building a network of twohundred fast-charging stations for electric vehicles in the Netherlands. Fast-charging stations is essential for the introduction and spread of the electric vehicles.
As designer I cristalize the company and its ambitions. Starting out with a business plan and 200 locations I created the Fastned-brand, designed the standard retail location for all 200 locations, an adaptive website, an online payment-method and a marketing strategy.
Brand proposition
Creating the brand proposition started with determining the target group, creating moodboards for the different aspects of Fastned, facilitating the workshops to determining the vision, mission and strategy, developing the list of core values of Fastned and setting the brand characteristics. All this information was bundled in a brandbook.
From this brand proposition the corporate design, the standard design for all retail locations and the website have been created.
