The heart is a vital organ to all animals. It gives life, but for butchered animals, it does not.

This series of photographs is a part of my high school art project "Meat in Art." This series emphasises butchered animals' predetermined sacrifice to satisfy human's dietary needs, alluding to the cruelty of meat production.
