恩師の想い胸に。新体制での再始動リブランディング

With the wishes of our mentors in mind. Re-launching and re-branding the dance studio under a new structure.

プロジェクト背景

HIKARI BABA DANCE COMPANY代表馬場ひかり氏は、幼少より芙二三枝子に師事。舞踊界で有名な賞を数多く受賞し、19年間ニューヨークで活動後、日本の大きな劇場で作品を発表しました。振付から出演まで幅広く活動を行うと共に、後進の指導にも力を注いでいます。 2018年に恩師である芙二三枝子氏の逝去後、翌年に「馬場ひかりダンスプロジェクト」を「HIKARI BABA DANCE COMPANY」と改め、スタジオを「Studio F」とし、新体制での活動を開始する際、馬場ひかり主宰としての新たなスタートをきるリブランディングが望まれていました。私たちは、ブランドロゴマークの開発、アプリケーションへの展開、WEBサイト制作を担当しました。

Project Background

HIKARI BABA DANCE COMPANY Representative Hikari Baba studied under Fuji Mieko from an early age. She has won many well-known awards in the dance world, and after working in New York for 19 years, she presented her works at major theaters in Japan. She is active in a wide range of activities from choreography to performance, as well as teaching younger dancers. After the passing of her mentor, Mieko Fuji, in 2018, the following year, she changed "Baba Hikari Dance Project" to "HIKARI BABA DANCE COMPANY" and changed the studio to "Studio F" to make a new start as the leader.In order to start her activities under a new structure, rebranding was desired. We were in charge of developing a brand logo mark, developing an application, and creating a website.

馬場ひかり氏の独創的で生命力を感じるダンス表現と舞台上に当たるスポットライトをイメージしてロゴマークを作成しました。生命力を感じる暖色の赤色をメインカラーとして、名刺や封筒、スタジオの看板などに展開しています。

Solution

We created the logo mark based on the image of Hikari Baba's original and vital dance expression and the spotlight shining on the stage. The main color is a warm red that evokes a sense of vitality, and the logo is used on business cards, envelopes, studio signage, and other items.

独創的でありながら親しみのあるブランドづくり

リニューアルしたWebサイトでは、プロの舞踊家のためのダンスレッスンから、年齢問わず誰もがダンスを楽しめるダンスセラピー、スタジオレンタルまでできるサービスがある事を分かりやすく表現しています。様々なニーズに考慮し、独創的でありながら親しみのあるリブランディングの実施により、新しいイメージで好調に運営されています。

Creating an original yet familiar brand

The renewed website clearly expresses the services available, from dance lessons for professional dancers to dance therapy and studio rentals for anyone to enjoy dance regardless of age. The new website is operating successfully with a new image, thanks to a creative yet friendly rebranding that takes into account a variety of needs.
