अशिष्ट(Ashisht) is a short film demonstrating the Bombay High Court's controversial skin-to-skin contact decision in January 2020. The concept of skin-to-skin contact had become a contentious issue in Indian law. Judge Pushpa Ganediwala stated that "skin-to-skin" contact is required to prove sexual assault under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
