Challenge
Some diabetes patients are able to self-titrate their insulin dose. If a patient can't self-titrate the process is led by the health care personnel which can sometimes delay the titration.
When a patient can successfully self-titrate they will have more success with the insulin product.
Therefore we want to make it easy to self-titrate by adding blood glucose levels and insulin dosages into the app that then will calculate how to titrate and thereby adjust the patients dose.

Solution
We created an app that allows the patients to input their data. They can have an overview of their data history and add notes to each entry so they can remember specific events when looking back. The history will also be a guide for the health care personnel when they meet with the patient for check ups.
The app automatically advise on the next dosage adjustment ensuring that the patient is on track instantly and does not have to wait for an appointment with the health care personnel.
