URBAN PLANNING
This project is mainly divided into three parts. The first part consists to analyze the representative buildings between "Jardinets de Gràcia - Passeig de Gràcia - Plaça Catalunya" (Gracia's District of Barcelona).
In the first part I explained the basic function of this buildings, the architect, the year of construction and location. In the second part, the possible routes and sequences that can take this streets with a schematic section across the path of traffic and pedestrians, along with diagrams of people movement.
 
FIRST PART: ANALYZIS OF BUILDINGS
Architects like Gaudí appears in "Casa Milà" o "Casa Batlló". In the beginning of the tour, there is one of the most important hotels in the city, called "Casa Fuster” ... among others.
This is one of the busiest street for visitors and locals because it has many high-end stores (including Apple Store, Custo, Montblanc, Lacoste ...). Other representative aspects are the sidewalk pavement and the streetlights because they're characteristic on this street and only appears there.
 
SECOND PART: SECTION OF THE STREET
This map represents the analyzed area of Barcelona and it shows the circulation of vehicles.

URBAN MANAGEMENT
This project is based on modifying a part of the Metropolitan General Plan of Barcelona. The sector is located in the north-west of Barcelona, concretely on "Camp de l'Arpa" neighborhood. It's characterized for the disordering in height. There're new and old buildings.
The promoter of this initiative is the Town Hall of Barcelona and the sector planning is compressed between "Avinguda Meridiana - Carrer Trinxant - Carrer de Degà Bahí - Carrer Sospir - Carrer Nació". The total surface is: 12.527 m2.
 
A considerable disorganization is observed by the green area. The main objectives are:
- Redistribute the different rating areas for the creation of large green zones.
- Supplement the area with a new equipment.
- Reallocate the road network.
