Quando falamos de treinamento e desenvolvimento, as empresas vivem alguns dilemas. Os colaboradores afirmam querer mais aprendizagem, mas não participam e/ou não gostam dos treinamentos oferecidos. O modelo tradicional é, na maioria das vezes, unidirecional, individual e formal. Nele, o participante não tem muita escolha e o aprendizado é desconectado do dia a dia de trabalho. Mas, na prática, será que isso realmente funciona?

Na visão da empresa, a aprendizagem só é realmente efetiva e transformadora se for informal, social, autodirigida e vinculada ao contexto de cada um.

When we talk about training and development, companies face some dilemmas. Employees claim to want more learning, but do not participate and/or do not like the training offered. The traditional model is, for the most part, unidirectional, individual and formal. In it, the participant does not have much choice and learning is disconnected from the day-to-day work. But in practice, does this really work?

In the company's view, learning is only really effective and transformative if it is informal, social, self-directed and linked to the context of each one.
What happens in the brain when we learn something?
