The mural was planned to be placed on the wall near the HPP, in the park area, as a backdrop for photos of visitors who came on an excursion or to look at the discharge of water from the Divnogorsk Hydroelectric Power Plant. Next to the mural there are information stands about the history and structure of the hydroelectric power station.
