Residential/Office Building Vrbik, Zagreb, project - 2007

The project won first prize in the competition for a private investor. Residential building is an ending to the open block situated in the proximity of a busy road. It comprises 4 levels of subterranean garage spaces and 8 residential floors above ground level. All flats have two-sided orientation and balconies. Those oriented towards the road (west) are protected by a greenery growing wire mash making this facade a prominent feature of the building.
