In this project I began by exploring porcelin slip. I started with just the slip and found it could be used to create large thin, yet sturdy pieces. I was drawn to the fragilitiy of the material and began experimenting making pendants and necklaces with it.

  The unusual material choice, adds to the mystery and the seduction of the pieces on the wearer. The element of mystery is coupled with the organic abstractions of the pieces shape, these shapes are all directly taken from the body through casting and digital means.
