I designed a mold with Rhino then milled out the mold on an X-Carve using MDF

The first mold did not fit correctly and could not press leather.

I redesigned the mold and remilled it.

This new mold successfully pressed veg tan leather and rawhide.

After the first successful mold I designed a new mold designed to test the limits of the molding process.

This mold was also a success and I used the technique to creat the Giza and Emerald bag.
