The brief was to create a matching set of cards, wrapping paper, gift bags and so on. 

I decided I wanted to create a range that was funny as the best cards always are. I then landed on the idea of sarcasm because I liked the juxtaposition agaisnt traditional card designs and messages. For this project I made generic birthday cards and occasion cards, as well as the rest of the range, however I think this collection has a lot of potential that can grow and expand like into more areas such as stationary, phones cases and so on. I chose a hand written font to give it a casual feeling and made the text the focusof the design the focus, bringing out peoples sarcastic and cynical side.

The idea would be to apply these to greetings cards... 

...And wrapping paper or gift bags...

...And even more, like stationary.
