LAPUTA is a Bluetooth speaker floating in the air with a magnetic levitation module,

inspired by the floating island of Laputa in Gulliver's Travels.
Magnetic levitation technology tends to have an unfamiliar and technology-oriented image

for small-scale products in everyday life.
These aspects appearing in the existing magnetic levitation Bluetooth speaker lineup are to be applied in languages that can be naturally blended into the space to fit the current lifestyle trend.

Concept of video

In this video, the scene consists of a total of 4 concepts to reveal the mysterious naming of the object "Laputa" and the minimal design of the object itself. The concept of white and black tones focused on the formativeness of the product itself, and focused on expressing an imaginary world abandoned somewhere through outdoor scenes.

Product Features Emphasis

Along with the overall concept of the product, we visualized the mechanism by which the product is operated.
There are scenes where the product is turned on by pressing the button, then rotating the button to adjust the volume, and finally, the product is turned off by separating the main body and the base of the product.
The scene of turning off the product is visually highlighted by dramatically disappearing the background.
