Branding and logo design for Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist & Wig Maker: Alice Thorne.

Brief: Create a playful yet sophisticated logo combining both a pink and green colour palette with black accents. Particular focus on typography; create a wordmark with a juicy and bubbly feel, while also incorporating heart elements.

Client: Alice Thorne – Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist & Wig Maker.

Final Deliverables: Final logo, supplementary graphic assets, colour palette, branded heading / label text boxes.

Exploring "Alice Thorne" written in a variety of typefaces.

Logo Development – colours

Alice decided to progress with the Batuphat Script typeface found during the initial stages of this project. A potential colour palette was then deeply explored within this chosen typeface.

Logo Development – graphics

Alice chose four of her favourite colour variations from the previous stage of this design process. The addition of graphic heart elements were then explored using these chosen colour variations.

Final Delivery + Implementation

Final deliverables: final logo, supplementary graphic assets, colour palette, branded heading / label text boxes.

Alice proceeded to implement the final logo design across her newly created website and business cards.
