Challenge
Celebrate the 10th Oro brand’s anniversary in the animation format — that’s what I call a challenge! We had to create a style that summarized the brand’s success and that would celebrate Oro's big 10 years anniversary.
Solution
Experimenting with Oro styles, searching for the visual language that can express brand story and tone of voice, we focused on an industrial intro (using details and elements that are familiar with the brand’s specificity)
Making of
One main ball leads us through the story from its early stage (big explosion) to different stages. In terms of the color palette, we focused on the brand colors and limited the palette to its minimum.
'10 years' Composition Sketches
Before we started modeling stages, we did a few tests in Photoshop, combining geometrical objects around 10 years title. The shot was too bright and vibrant for overall style, and the composition looked a bit empty, as all objects were focused in the center. That’s why we decided to choose another composition idea for the first shot to focus not only on the center, but to place objects on each side of the shot.
Outro: Flower animation
In the end, the logo appears as a beautiful blooming flower. This is a small metaphor as the business grows through the years together with the customers' success.
