The main idea of the project is the implementation of the urban planning principle, which is to create separate settlements near large cities with their full infrastructure. The advantage of such a proposal lies in the possibility of scaling up and further development of settlements. The variability of the approach ensures both the self-sufficient existence of settlements and their further integration into the structure of existing cities.
The implementation of this concept will ensure the rapid reconstruction of the destroyed regions.
