CASE STUDY: DRYBAR HAIRCARE & STYLING LINE

CHALLENGE: Potential product development of a DryBar branded line of products was explored by L’Oréal USA’s Professional Products Division as an opportunity to branch out to new distribution channels without betraying the professional salon industry.

SOLUTION: The DryBar branding – a simple philosophy, sprinkled with a pinch of quick wit, was studied to inspire the design development. Coy product names were proposed to complement the brand’s girly drink-themed services. Designs were kept simple and bold to mirror the modern aesthetic of the salons.
