A client on UpWork ordered a 10 second 3D social media animation based on my portfolio work. He indicated what changes I need to make. He was satisfied with the cost and time of execution. The client liked the animation and my performance style. A couple of days later, he wrote with a proposal to create an NFT collection in an isometric style. He said that he had an idea for the collection “House of the Future. The house in which you want to live” and he needs a performer. I agreed to participate in the creation of an NFT collection of futuristic housing with a garden and filling.

Picked up references and wrote a general concept. And also wrote a detailed work plan and sent it to the client for approval.
I suggested to create:
– 5 variants of the first floor
– 4 options for the second floor
– Roof for each option 2 floors. It turned out from 9 to 10 roof options for each second floor
- 5 options for the basis for the garden. For each base of the garden, I suggested making 2 sets of trees and 2 sets of decor.
 
He also suggested modeling additional elements for a variety of pictures. Fingerprint machine, parking meter, barrels, hydrant, decorative plant set, street lights, drones.

I completed this project in 2 months since I already have experience in creating NFT collections (active link). I enjoy modeling 3D objects, designing variations and building collections. I will be helpful in working on similar projects
