Impulso can be described as a network where freelance software developers, product designers, testers, and project managers can find great job opportunities.
My role
My squad is responsible for the softwares our own employees use, such as people management, accounting and some B2C products like our blog. As a senior product designer on the team, it's my job to understand the business rules for each product and come up with the best solutions through design.
Our process
We use double diamond to conduct our projects through an agile approach, always engaging our developers, stakeholders and users to participate on discoveries, ideations and validations.
Project context
A few years ago Impulse hired an outsource to redesign our website and based on this project, we redesigned our blog. We also organized a Design System so that creating new screens and solutions would bring a consistent experience to our users.
