Cursed Films Title Sequence (2022)
In late 2021 I was commissioned by director Jay Cheel and producer Brian Robertson to create the title sequence for the second season of Cursed Films, a five part documentary series which explores the myths and legends behind some of Hollywood's notoriously cursed horror film productions.

Fully produced in 3D, the title sequence features volumetric lights and translucent surfaces in a dense atmosphere revealed by film projections.
Concept and Visual exploration
The concept behind the title sequence originates from the symbolic image of a snake creeping inside a skull. By replacing the reptile with a celluloid this iconic representation of a curse interweaves with the world of cinema´s production.
