Project Objective: As a user, I would like to enroll in divvyDOSE's prescription delivery service by providing my information so I can be shipped my medication directly to my home without having to go to the pharmacy.

Target Audience / Personas: Users of all ages interested in enrolling in divvyDOSE's prescription delivery service.  Through research and data analysis, we found the median age of divvyDOSE customers to be in their mid-60's.

Process: Competitive analysis of other prescription delivery service enrollment experiences and what data they are trying to collect from prospective customers in order to ship them their first package. Establishing user journeys to make the process easy and seamless to complete.  User test each step of the enrollment process to discover any pain points to create action items on in order to make the experience more seamless and enjoyable.

Result: A simple, but very intuitive experience where the user easily provide the required information in order to enroll in divvyDOSE's prescription delivery service without having to call our agents directly.  This will help with onboarding new customers 100% through digital means instead of clogging up our call centers.​​​​​​​
