divvyDOSE Design System
Project Objective: Establish and implement a design system that updates the current UI and interactions of the legacy divvyNEXT application which pharmacists use to fill orders for divvyDOSE customers.  divvyDOSE pharmacists use this application to select and fill prescriptions for customers who are delivered their medications directly to their place of residence.

Process: Define user work flows and journeys through site mapping and workflow diagrams, conducting user shadows sessions to define opportunities and pain points in user experience of the current legacy application.  Next, compiling a list of opportunities for improvement to user experience and prioritizing that list.  Finally, creating a full library of responsive components to implement into divvyNEXT to establish a library of patterns and consistency and create efficiencies in development and user experience iterations.

Result: A clean and intuitive update to a legacy application that makes it easier for pharmacists to fill prescriptions for divvyDOSE customers and also increase efficiency when rolling out new features and updating components of the design system.
