Elevate Financials came to us to help them stand out from the rest of the financial advisors out there. How could they stop competing on brokerage? How could they attract more of their ideal clients? How could they serve them and meet more of their needs?
With a bit of wit we set out to differentiate Elevate from the many financial advisory options. Elevate became a brand with a personality their ideal client would not only be attracted to, but emotionally connected to.
Elevate Financials is unique in that they provide peer-to-peer, customized solutions for forward-thinking clients by helping them begin their financial journey without intimidating them. Helping them feel financially stable & create assets/ wealth.
Research and Strategy
In India out of 1000 people only 13 people invest. This is all due to a lack of financial literacy. After looking at the competition, brand attributes, and ideal client, we discovered what differentiates
Elevate financials from everyone else—how they serve their clients in a quality and friendly way in a peer to peer way. Elevate is not a machine that plans finance and provides stock market advice the same to all, it's a brand that cares and wants its clients to grow. Elevate goes beyond common plans for all, they provide perfectly tailored financial plans and financial advice based on each individual client. Unlike its competitors Elevate isn't intimidating and looks and talks too professional to stop people from starting their investment journey.
Since we uncovered that the ideal client was to the point, straight forward and wanted a friend to help them understand finance and investment, we infused a belonging personality to make the brand a peer to their ideal client.
To make investments and talk about finance a new norm, a wit and friendly messaging is added to all the visiting cards and letters. And similar messaging is used for the Ad campaigns.
