Done as a self- project in year 2019. Having no knowledge of typeface design at that time.
I made this purely out of passion and will to learn.
Gandhi-Giri is a Devanagri Typeface whose design is inspired by Gandhi ji's
Iconic Glasses and his personality. The letters are uniform, simple and
circular which matches with Gandhi's persona. All letters are made by using
only straight lines and circles of three different sizes according to golden ratio
and straight line. The challenge was to make letters like 'Ra' 'Sa' and 'Ha' etc
which has diagonal lines in their general structure.
