POSSÍVEL VIAGEM AO SUJEITO
This work (a flash application), following the logic of a self-portrait, divides itself in three exploratory moments of a given subject — in this case myself. In the first moment, the PAST, it’s shown a looping piece of old video footage, alongside with a recording of my singing voice as a child, looping and repeating itself into several layers of sound. In the second moment, the PRESENT, it’s possible to have a conversation with the subject, whose speech is nothing but small talk, the kind of interaction you come across on a daily basis just as a way of breaking uncomfortable silences. At last, in the FUTURE, the user is transported into a lie, an uncertainty caused by the unknown, and an eventual end of the subject that takes us back to the beginning, thus closing the cycle of life.
