Retailer Wayfinding Application

Major Retailer Wayfinding Kiosk Application
For one of my first design projects, I was tasked with designing a wayfinding application for a major retailer in their flagship store in New York. Previously, they were only using paper directories handed at the door to navigate a 12-story store.

Kiosks were set up throughout the store to support finding products and was used to search for products by: designer, floor, and department. Users could also find nearby amenities and restaurants. Future features were also implemented to help international users (with translation) and easier wayfinding (animating and text based directions)

I was tasked with the user testing, store observations and research, wireframing, visual design, quality assurance, analytics implementation and analysis and future feature planning.
