Denmark based Mindcap is a new Employee Engagement platform, empowering people and organizations to create meaningful lives. The software prompts employees to take quick, anonymous surveys at regular intervals, assessing their overall mental health and wellbeing, in order to help managers pinpoint where improvements can be made to the work environment. By supplying both employees, managers, and HR with up-to-date, always relevant assistance, Mindcap makes sure improvements come not only from above but are created directly on a personal, team and organizational level.
TASKS
Design audio branding and animated logo for Danish tech startup Mindcap. The custom notification sound signifies a double tap on your co-worker’s shoulder, followed by a high-five. If you listen closely, you’ll hear the sound in the logo jingle.
