New design concept for premium residence
Honka Nova is a luxury cottage settlement on the coast of the Gulf of Finland and the most expensive suburban project in the region. The residence was designed as an integral architectural space which includes unique landscape park and developed infrastructure for residents.
In 2019, the concept of the project had been improved: new models of houses have been added, while prices became more affordable. The main goal of the restyling was to reflect these changes for the better through advertising campaign and a new website of Honka Nova.

We chose a play of sunlight as the main idea for a sign since it evokes associations with the location of the project in Solnechnoye. Natural colors support the graphics and convey premium and up-to-date brand image.
The new visual identity emphasizes sincerity, emotional and friendly nature of the brand, meets its positioning and high status in the premium real estate segment.
