Water courses and something more
I live in the sierra of cordova, near a natural paradise, so close to my home, that I can visit it daily through hikes.
Here I share the water paths that flow close to me, and that I call "my sanctuary", where I let go of my daily stresses and worries, and return home with a big smile on my face.

Although I have a strong identification with macro photography, I feel myself comfortable and happy with it, I would like to share images of the area where I live.

This is a long exposure taken on the Guadiato river, the great tributary of the Guadalquivir, the most important river of Cordova.
I took it at sunset, waiting for the milky way.  The sun for my eyes had gone down, but I was surprised by the amount of light that our eyes do not see, but that the camera is able to capture.
Can you fall in love with a place, I couldn't live far from this stream. (Molino stream).
Water fall of the "Arroyo del Molino" (Molino creek).
Another view of the Molino stream, "my sanctuary".
My lovely Otto, near the stream bed of the El Molino creek, in the middle of autumn.
Stream Bejarano, one of the Guadiato river affluent... For me it is one of the most special places, it is full of magic, fairies and elves.
Mouth of the Molino stream in the Guadiato river.
Guadiato River, the main tributary of the Guadalquivir River. Taken on a winter morning.
This is one of the many canyons of the Guadiato river. Taken in a summer sunset.
Sunset in the Guadiato river valley.
Here we can see part of the vegetation surrounding the Guadiato river. I love to see that ash tree in the middle of the flow. According to the nordic people it is a sacred tree.
Every sunset is different, even though our sky is always blue, the sunsets give us warm and gorgeous colors. This is another view of the Guadiato river, don't you still feel love for it?
This is the Baños de Popea pool (la poza). This rocky sheet where the water of the Molino stream flows has been created by the lime of the water over time.
Long exposure and detail of the Baños de Popea pool.
I hope you enjoyed this hike with me.
