Estia is a family business based in Puebla, México that produces portable bioethanol chimneys with the highest quality and design.
Problem:
Estia had an amazing product, hand-made, artisanal, culturally relevant, and with huge growth potential. They didn’t know how to present themselves as a unique and different product from what their competitors have.
Solution:
With Estia Brand Strategy played a really big role since we went deep into the core of the brand and why it was born and we discovered that what they sold was more than just chimneys, they sold connexion, good times, quality time, and experiences. 
Working on the brand identity we had to have some things in mind, it had to reflect that the product was high-ticket and the experience was high end. Their product is portable and that is something that makes them different from their competition and that the communication had to be centered on the user and the interaction with the product.
This is why all the content produced, photography, copy, is talking more about the experiences you can have with the product than the product itself.
We created a website integrated with an e-store that would allow the clients to have a user-friendly way to buy the products. We are currently assisting them in gathering data and making changes to better the clients’ experience and to drive up sales through SEO, SEM, and paid Ads as well as organic reach in social media.
