Online course platform and eshop

Fer is an image consultant with more than 10 years of experience, a leader in her market, and a reference for many aspiring image consultants and personal shoppers.

The problem:

The challenge with this project was to provide a platform to automate and simplify the process of selling her courses and products so that she could focus on what she’s very good at, providing services as an Image Consultant and teaching aspiring Image Consultants and Personal Shoppers

The solution:

The first step was taking her brand identity and creating a website that would reflect her values as a brand and as a person, the website was designed to allow newcomers to get to know who is Fer and what she does, but also, to showcase her amazing products and courses to help her students become better professionals.

Using a Lead Magnet with a free course we aim to get visitors to become a part of Fer’s community and allow them to get to know the new Online Course Platform.

The goal of the online course platform was to make it easier for Fer to host her courses on her own website without having to pay fees to a third party and have full control over her sales and her money, while at the same time making it easier for her to manage and automate processes.

Now, she can do in a matter of minutes what before took a couple of hours to do.

And the most important perhaps is that there are no distractions and the conversion is higher thanks to the ability to keep her brand identity all throughout the process and not have to compete with other professionals for the attention of the client.

Fer, like many other professionals, has her own line of products that allow her students and her audience to become better professionals. Having her e-shop on her website has helped her increase sales and pair her teaching with these assets to bring a better experience for her customers.

Her website is also integrated and optimized for online marketing purposes to maximize sales and conversion with ads, organic reach through SEO, and gathering data from the biggest social media platforms for a better understanding of this data.

We created a series of illustrations for Fer to sell as tools for her students and other image consultants to be able to provide a more complete assessment.
