My name is Sebas van den Brink
Fully it's Sebastiaan François van den Brink.
And i've tried to hide that for a long time.
I almost do not remember what for, but I do remember why...
Now, after 15 years, I'm ready for a new beginning.
I've been embarrassed for things I actually really like.
Science fiction, geofiction, city plans, drawing, designing.
And even myself.
What I thought wasn't important.
6 billion people to try and remain friends with.
I was alone and I was the problem...
No.
This had to change.
And years I had to fight for it.
Eventually it's the people around me.
They helped me remind:
I too am loved.
Unconditional, with all bits and pieces.
You may be, I may be.
And this mental upgrade is especially convenient to my work.
Because making things, concepting, drawing - that's what I do.
And that's why the return to my own name.
Sebas van den Brink is who I am.
And this is what I do.
