The brief for this project was consisting in regenerating the site, finding new alternative approaches by small intervention,s events, movements and projects, this gives to the community a reason to interact within the space.
Solving the boundary between the old and new residentials. Royal Arsenal offers premises for the locals to find a quiet, restful and hidden space, as well gain exposure in different fields of practice.
Restoring one of the forgoten buildings of Royal Arsenal in Woolwhich, the building 41A, by incorporating a strategy which will connect the community by breaking down the threshold and gathering them all together in one place.

• Many parking spaces and park nearby

• There is a beautiful view from most of the windows

• Bringing more interaction within the spaceresting and exciting building in Mock-Tudor style
The site have been one of the most important centres in the world for manufacturing munitions.
Its growth its mostly thanks to its proximity to the River Themes. The first major Pier was built in 1823 at Crossness  the factory closed in 1967.
In some parts of the site residential and commercial buildings have been built occupied mostly from new couples and business people. the museum is the most attractive showing the history of the site. A quiet place which lacks in social life.
Future plans to expand the residential and comercial buiildings have been planed.
The benefactor, London Art Therapy Centre is expanding their local business firstly located in archway with an ongoing successful business. They want to give more to the community, by re introducing the tradition of apprenticeships and therefore involving the youth of the area who are currently in threat of unemployment and displacement, mostly now that attending the higher education is becoming more and more difficult.
Giving people the freedom to enjoy the time spent in their treatment by discovering new insights, inhale, and help with the emotional, professional and creative difficulties.
A nonverbal treatment by expressing themselves through art. Creating a place where the two different worlds of old and new residents in a moment of need will meet and ask for the same help.
