"Los Otros Humanos" (The Other Humans) is above all, a work of love. We've been developing the project for almost five years, until finally on 2013 we got what was needed to produce the first film.
The project is a collection of fiction film essays, guided by the teachings of Existentialism.
It's visual identity felt like it needed to be raw, crude, stencil-like and a bit retro. We used yellow because it is the color of the sun, of a new day... but also the color of illness and decay.
Most importantly, yellow symbolizes caution - As existentialists would say: "You are responsible for your own life".
The project continues as we move into preproduction for another two short films.
