CONVERSATIONS FOR CHANGE

As part of the LinkedIn Changemaker Initiative, six different artists were asked: If you could change one thing about the work environment, what would it be? In response, every artist created one letter of the word CHANGE. Each one addresses a different issue that needs change in our working environment.
C = Diversity (LGBTQIA+) from Sarah Alice Rabbit, H = Diversity (PoC, Migration Background) by Rommy Gonzalez, A = Mental Health by Regina Fischer, N = Women & Equality by me, G = Sustainability by Varoius and Gould, E = Diversity & Inclusion by Selfmade Crew.
The installation was on view at the Sony Center in Berlin until October 30, 2021 and posters by Cyril Vouilloz are also up for grabs. It's main purpose is to boost dialogue around the changes in the world of work.
My letter N embodies the equality of women in the working world, the demand for equal pay, equal opportunities on jobs, appreciation and recognition of competence and much more. This struggle for equality and the various factors that contribute to it, as well as achievements and also defeats I have visualized in my artwork. This complexity is visualized by the tufted elements in combination with the bright color scheme.
