The project was conceived as an exhibition of linked graphic canvases, but due to the impact of the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic, it turned into a study of a confined space around people.
The virtual series of rooms offers 13 ways to perceive space depending on the motivations and emotional context of the viewer. However, each method inevitably leads to a simple idea: the main property of living space is cosiness.
Graphic motifs are re-interpreted forms and compositions from Gorodets painting, Orlovsky Spis Russian embroidery and late 19th century Ivanovo textiles.
