Welcome to a complete project in every sense of the phrase. As a co-founder of this software service, there is a lot to share. This application Product is a Gamified LMS Learning application that helps with employee engagement inside a company. 

This simple react landing page was built with Javascript and CSS/SaSS.

Pick & Learn is an LMS platform customized with company logo and or content. It drives employee engagement by fostering an environment of healthy competition while inundating users with bite-size bits of curriculum. This project started in 2017 & was redesigned in 2020.

I partner in a small app development and design company DIJS. I normally only post my graphic design work and illustrations. But I enjoyed doing this project so much I wanted to share from top to bottom.

The original website was five years old and was great at the time. The new revamp went more modern with responsive design, brightness, and gradients as my inspiration. It was wonderful to have an open ended landing page design project where I could build with very few guidelines. Unlike most of my other portfolio work, I designed the new branding parallel to the landing page creation. 

These 6 illustrations went relatively fast once the picture was in my head. Using illustrator on desktop I created all of these in about an hour and a half, before AI was introduced to illustrator too! 

Due to the time crunch on this project I am only 90% happy with this logo, but it fits the feel of the page and is very adaptable as I try to infuse it into the rest of the application. The logo was also created as an SVG in Adobe Illustrator Using the shape and shape blending tools along with their wonderful multicolored gradient tools. 

The design of the video was so much fun using Premiere Pro. I can tell my ram is not enough for how I work, but I enjoyed coffee breaks as I rendered the graphics throughout the video. The audio was informally recorded, but the end product is still very useful.

Here are some of the promotional flyers I created for the LMS Gamified learning application experience in Adobe indesign. 

Also, to create brand consistency, I followed the same guidelines as the landing page and flyers to create a Social Media Marketing campaign. These were all created in Adobe XD, yes... I used Adobes Figma like product to create this campaign because I was able to lay out an entire grid of posts and brand each and then adapt them in another sizes.

Then in Photoshop and Adobe Indesign I created custom business cards themed after a "ticket to the game." With a subtle drop shadow and realistic astro turf, this shows my desire to make print and digital work 3d, modern, playful, and inviting.

And over all, the application was a success! The theme is to pick your winning teams, connect with your coworkers, learn about your business, and win some fun prizes!
