brief: the client is a mother of 4 children, with the youngest being the only girl of the bunch. she wanted a mascot logo that represented her only daughter, hana. she wanted it to look like her daughter and also bring in a youthful enthusiasm!
solution: the mascot was drawn from hana's adorable spirit and playful nature. the direction was inspired by hana's rosy cheeks which became the central visual element throughout the brand. they doubled as stickers and added a nice pop!
with those in mind, the color and supporting type adds to the colorful energy hana brings, it hopes to bring in the sweetness of childhood memories and create new ones with every sweet bite.
