Intermediate project
Interactive sound sensor Lamp
This is the presentation of my first interactive lamp. This lamp has a
"disco ball" with neopixels inside of it that turn on and off with the use of a sound sensor and arduino nano. The sound sensor detects clapping (or any loud noise..) that will turn the lamp on or off.

the process:
-design
I designed a 3d model of the lamp in tinkercad. I used basic shapes to create this model.
:low fidelity
-form
I made this foamcore prototype with the help of makercase. I lasercut the sides and glued it together. This way I could get a feel for the design and overall look of the lamp.
-function
I started getting used the coding and the wiring process of the sound sensor and arduino nano. I ended up making a functional prototype of my lamp.
:medium fidelity
-form
I converted my tinkercad model into cura printable files and made this 3d printed lamp design.
-function
I lowered the footprint of my low fidelity function prototype and combined both medium fidelity porotypes, to create the lamp I am presenting today. I ended up switching to female connector cables since the breadboards were simply to big to fit in my preferred small design.
