Birch
Birch is a specialist coffee house, eatery & roastery in Portree on the Isle of Skye. Founders, Niall Munro and Sarah-Anne Munro approached Sanna Mac to design the visual identity including logo, loyalty cards, signage, coffee packaging and website.
The resulting brand identity is clean and minimal, with the ‘Birch’ element conveyed through the use of wood in store.
