Capturing Saigon through
Art/Design Movements
Course: History and Theory of Design 1

In this assignment, we were required to use own newly learned design knowledge of different art and design movements to assist our analysis of Saigon through multiple movement lenses.
The task was to take 8 color photographs from 8 different places in Saigon, which speak to 8 different Art or Design Movements that have been explored through the duration of the course. Through the photos, the photographer needed to show mindfulness of the frame, lighting, composition, scale of subject, perspective, angle of shot, along with creativity and concept.
With each photo, we had to provide two principles of the movement indicated and the description of the photo according to those principles.
