Stoned: Faces in Time

Stoned:
Faces in Time

2000-2600 years ago in the Greek and Roman cultures portraiture was done through statuary.  In looking at these ancient likenesses of people in the Glyptotek Museum in Copenhagen, I was moved by how real and human they felt. By adding eyes they come to life and demonstrate the incredible artistry of age.

They speak to me from across thousands of years.  Can you hear them?
What are they saying to you?
