The Idea for this project came to me during my graduation. After a long ceremony I met with other graduates and our lecturers for a nice refreshing glass of champagne. I couldnt help but notice the Boots presciption bag on my lecturers table, as I was concerned I asked if all was well and he had good health... this was when he informed me the old prescription bag was infact full of plums which their colleague had brought from his garden.
This had me thinking about the medical properties of fruit and the effect they have on us as a cure. I decided to create fruit packaging in the style of a medical presciption bags to encourage people to think about the medical benefits of fruit and to promote natural remedies. I researched the scientific names of the fruit and the valuable compounds they contain in order to create an informative, presciption style label.
