Asus ROG came to me looking for a commercial featuring their recent gaming mouse the 'Keris' Here is a more in-depth look at how it was made and a few extra renders that where created.
Concept:
For the concept of the commercial I wanted to go with a merge of a realistic environment with some aspect of the mouse being situated in a cold, snowy, forest biome. I wanted to be able to draw the viewers attention with making the mouse stand out into an initially unique environment.
Subsequently I wanted something a bit more realistic in the world of gamers to be introduced within the commercial. I used a animated screen to transition between the scenes. In these scenes I showed off a few of the features that the mouse has to offer.
The use of effects including smoke and snow simulations where used to emphasis and captivate the viewers attention even more.
