IT was a personal dream since i was a child to create ARTS & CULTURAL HUB Providing a place for people to develop their artistic talents , increase their cultural awareness reliving the traditional Arts of Egypt connected and integrated with the Great pyramid, Sphinx and the New Egyptian Museum as a main project for Nazlet AlSamman to enhance their life level as a solution For development, despite of migrating people. and become one of the important Projects in the Strategic plan for Giza2030 Development of Pyramids plateau and Vision of Egypt 2030

CONCEPT :
Inspired from imagination of the Rising of the Dreams in the human eye which act as SUN radiates rays of Future - Hope - Culture and Arts that Illuminate the darkness of nescience ,Drawing Road to the future and the Extension of Egyptian civilization rays to the world symbolizing it by “HOURS EYE “. Its centre is the meeting point of the axis of Great Pyramid/Sphinx/GEM. forming circle deformed by Receiving and emitting Rays of Knowledge and art gives the user this feeling by the clashing of masses to the Main Circular mass.
Like the Pharonic Paylons, there are two large masses in the entrance inspired from the magical statue of king Khafraa. The pharonic believes act as HOURS WINGS to welcome, lead and save visitors. The project's building materials are chosen carefully in terms of sustainability. All the colour schemes and motives belong to the pharonic style, they are then reused to fit a modern landscape. The soft and hard scape elements are purely Egyptian ex.( Egyptian palm trees that are well known in Nazlat Al-Saman).

The project aims to give its visitors a pure Egyptian experience in its every tiny detail.

The Egyptian Arts History Museum:
In order to give users a special magical Egyptian experience, they are carried through a journey in the west bank. Creating a simulation of the "perpetuity voyage" of Ancient Egyptian beliefs. The core objective is to highlight that Egypt and Arts are two sides of the same coin since day one. Exploring the history of Egyptian arts and artists has no end! It's divided into several zones back in the pharonic age and up till nowadays.
WHY OFOQ ?
TO :
1) Promote and Enhance culture and tourism as well as attract people from all Countries and Civilizations.
2) Explore different forms of Arts and provide people with information and different data in different modern methods.
3) Link between history, present and the future.
4) Integration between Pyramids - vision of Giza 2030 and the Hub
