Clients were seeking a unique space to entertain friends and family.  They also had several cats that enjoyed being outdoors and having free reign of the house.  To accommodate this program requirement, a special screening system was selected to be attached to the wood framing members.  Also a sliding set of doors could be opened and closed based on the event.  Rainwater collection system was facilitated by the dynamic butterfly roof that funneled water to a gutter and downspout, which drained into a free standing tank.
