Data driven recruiting campaign for Orange
Can you lick your own nose? What is your favorite dessert? Do you like fancy dress parties? We want to find out that and much more from the employees. We ask our questions via a tailor-made digital platform. We translated the results into a campaign video and a series of visuals. With correct figures and own employees in the leading role, of course, because this campaign revolves 100% around them. #proudtobeorange
