Concept Tea Packaging for Adobe Live

Sustainable Tea Packaging for Adobe Live

As a packaging designer I often ask myself how my work impacts the Earth. Some research on sustainable materials reveals compostable packagings are not easy to produce and biodegradable ones still need industrial processes to be decomposed, and many countries don't have the infrastructure to do this. Paper packagings often have plastic coatings making them impossible to recycle, while glass is not always viable because some products can't be exposed to sunlight. So what's the true solution if we want to create beautiful packagings while being mindful of not creating more trash?

My approach is to get rid of the idea of the disposable: Why should everything be thrown away? The main idea behind this project is to make a packaging so appealing and durable that people actually want to keep it and use it even long after the product is finished.
